Here’s an easy to follow tutorial on how to make steamed rice cake. This recipe is easy to make and cake stays soft after cool.

Steamed Rice Cake
1 Bag Rice Flour
1 Bag Tapioca Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
4 Cups of Water

1 Cup Rice Flour
4 Cups of Water (cook over medium low heat)

2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp Dry Instant Yeast

Let rise for 1 hour before steaming
Steam for 10 minutes
For larger cake pans steam anywhere from 15-20 minutes
